Planned Maintenance & Company Changes for 2022

*Updated 07/02/2022 - Between February 15th - March 1st 2022, we will be performing some maintenance. When this begins, our client area will be temporarily unavailable for 24-72 hours. Clients will be notified in advance by email.


This is because we will be performing some upgrades and changing the payment systems and our registered company. Rest assured, you will continue to receive the same standard of hosting and support as before. The company name is changing as we are expanding to offer more services and have a new business partner who will be helping develop some new products for our clients.


Things to note:

PayPal subscriptions will likely stop working (cancelled). We are currently communicating with PayPal due to their new requirements and what they will require for the changes. To continue payments, you may need to renew your subscriptions or pay manually.


The website client area will remain active and online, it is only unavailable to clients during the changes

  • If you pay by bank transfer: After the announced date, please use the new company details as sent in the emails.


The company information for Bank Transfers will be changed. Please do not transfer payments to the old company's bank account after this date. Payments to the wrong company may not be able to be recovered/refunded.


Please also download or keep the emailed PDFs of any invoices you require for accounting.
